SNP's Willie Coffey is Crosshouse's MSP

Willie Coffey will be Crosshouse's MSP for the next five years. The SNP candidate took the Kilmarnock and Irvine Valley constituency with a majority of 5,993 votes.

Here are the results in full:

Willie Coffey (SNP) - 16,964

Matt McLaughlin (Labour) - 10,971

Grant Fergusson (Conservative) - 3,309

Robbie Simpson (Liberal Democrat) - 614

Results for the South of Scotland Region will be announced in due course.
