Crosshouse Bowling Club's Ladies Opening Day is on Saturday, April 24, at 2pm for 2.30pm.

Responding to Jeanette Banks, yes Jeanette I am Jean Connelly's brother, and I keep an eye on the village activities on this site.I remember you from the prefabs, I went to school with Alec.I try to drop in to the boolin club any time I am back from Canada and have a chat with old friends, I love it. By the way Jean lives in Linlithgow and has for many years. She has a Crosshouse connection right next door, Shona (Hay) don't remember her married name, is the niece of the Crosshouse Hay's. I believe her dad is Davie Hay. All the best to you Jeanette and your bowlers at the club, have a good season.

i remember jean had a brother called jack but i cant put the name to a face    i am 70 this year and my mind doesnt always works the way i would like it    i remember your dad   alex died in 1995  he had lung cancer and he died on boxing day   after getting a lung removed  i didnt know you were in canada   nice to hear from you
